How is Pro billed?+
Pro is billed annually at $999/year, which works out cheaper than a single private tutoring session per month. Most families bundle multiple years up front using one of the grade-based bundles — the 9th-grade bundle saves $1,000 (25%) over paying year-by-year.
Which bundle should I pick?+
Pick the bundle that matches the grade your student is starting in. 9th grade locks in all four high school years at the biggest discount; 11th grade covers the two application-heavy years; 12th grade is straight annual Pro with no discount. You can always upgrade if you start with Explorer and decide to bundle later.
Why isn't the full product free?+
Honestly, Ollie is expensive to run and our scholarship database costs real money to maintain. We'd rather charge a fair, transparent price than sell your data or run ads at high schoolers. Pro is a fraction of a single private tutoring session per month.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yep. One click. No retention emails, no "are you sure?" loops. You drop back to Explorer and your data stays with you.
What's the difference between Pro and Qoollege+?+
Pro gives you the full AI-powered platform — unlimited Ollie, scholarship finder, essay coaching, test prep, the works. Qoollege+ layers a dedicated human counselor on top, ideal for families targeting selective schools, navigating athlete recruiting, or applying internationally.
Can I upgrade later?+
Anytime. We prorate. Many families start on Explorer in junior year, move to Pro once applications heat up, and add Qoollege+ when they want a human in the loop.
What if I can't afford a paid plan?+
Email info@qoollege.com. We have a sponsorship program funded by alums and partner schools that covers full Pro access for students who need it. Nobody gets turned away because of cost.
